House rules

1) Check-In/Check-Out:

Check-in time is from 3:00 PM.

Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee of  between £30 - £60, depending on number of guests and availability. Please contact us in advance to arrange this.

2) Keys and Access Be sure to take your keys with you, as the door automatically locks when closed. If you accidentally lock yourself out, there will be a wait time to organise re-entry.

 3) No Parties or Events Parties, gatherings, or loud events are strictly prohibited. This is a peaceful building, and we ask you to respect the neighbors. If you plan a gathering, please reconsider or notify us in advance.

4) Noise Policy To maintain a peaceful environment, we kindly ask that no loud music or noise be played after 10 p.m. This is a quiet neighbourhood, and we’ve received feedback from neighbours. Your cooperation helps us ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests and keeps good relations with our neighbours.

5) No Smoking Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. You may smoke outside, but please dispose of cigarette butts properly.

6) No Pets Allowed Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in the apartment.

7) Energy Conservation Please turn off lights, heating, and any electrical devices when not in use or when leaving the apartment. This helps us conserve energy and supports our commitment to sustainability.

8) Respect for Property Please treat the apartment with care. Any damage to the property, furnishings, or appliances will be the guest's responsibility.

9) Cleanliness Kindly leave the apartment in a tidy condition before check-out. We do not expect a deep clean, but please clean up any major messes and throw away trash in the provided bins.



10) Extra Guests The apartment is only for the number of guests specified in your booking. Additional guests without prior approval are not allowed. In the event of extra guests being discovered, you will be charged an additional rate of £250.
